I would like to welcome you to the website of Spanish Trails West's community. We are a resident owned park and we have shareholder and non-shareholder residents. Our community is very well maintained and it is a very lovely place to live. We have a beautiful pool, indoor shuffleboard, tennis courts and horseshoe pits. There is something going on all the time if you want to participate.

We encourage you to look at the different areas of our website and invite you to contact us if you feel Spanish Trails West might possibly be a place that you would like to live. We only have a few lots left but we do have homes available through our Real Estate Office. If you visit Zephyrhills, Florida, feel free to stop in and see what we have to offer.
